Gary's mom and dad visited the northern-dwellers for the weekend so they could see Shannon, and it was Deanne's birthday, so as soon as my lesson and Gary's choir number were over we rushed to Heber to see her. It's always fantastic to see everyone, and there was definitely roaring laughter, cousins everywhere, and lots o' ribs to eat. I mean LOTS. Everyone made side-dishes and desserts that Deanne made when they were younger to honor her, and we were all stuffed.

| Aunt Holly was the first to thaw Lissy's frosty demeanor towards "new" people. |
 |
| Jessica is the best cousin - they had a blast jumping all night. |
 |
| Eric, Martha, and Dallin. Dallin can really man a grill. |
 |
| Luke, Shannon, Christian |

| I tried to get lots of pictures of cousins playing, but they were so into the playing I couldn't get a still shot. It's better this way. :) |
Fun/crazy/maybe sad thing of the night was that Lissy really thought she was one of the big kids. She was up and down the slide and climber, jumping on the trampoline, outside the whole time . . .

| Some of our favorite people we came to see. Happy birthday! |
